Van Cleef & Arpels Tsar Eau de Toilette is a fragrance for men launched in 1989. The author of the composition is Philippe Bousseton. The spicy-green scent consists of: artemisia, bergamot, coriander, lavender, neroli and rosemary in top notes; tarragon, geranium, jasmine, lily of the valley, carnation, pepper, pine, rose and juniper in heart notes; amber, oakmoss, coconut, leather, musk, patchouli, sandalwood, tonka bean, vetiver and cedar in the base. The strongest note is oakmoss. Longevity is very good and projection is decent.
